Privacy Shield Compliance
We comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and the United Kingdom to the United States.

The EU and UK DPAs serve as an appropriate independent recourse mechanism/s (IRMs) for dispute resolution. PCI Pal is registered with the United States Council for International Business (USCIB) to provide access to the EU and UK DPAs’ dispute resolution panel, a potentially binding arbitration.

California Users: Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, in addition to the rights set forth above.
