Product Manager (UK-based)

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Product Manager to join our Growth Team. This role focuses on expanding PCI Pal’s market reach through new Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) partnerships, while also maintaining and enhancing our existing integrations.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing our channel distribution strategy, ensuring integrations are scalable, maintainable, and deliver value to both partners and customers.
We’re looking for someone with proven product management experience and deep expertise in the CCaaS and UCaaS ecosystem. You understand how these platforms work, how the major vendors differentiate, how customers and partners adopt them, and where the market is heading. Just as importantly, you can translate that understanding into clear product strategy and identify opportunities created by changes in technology, competition, and customer needs.

We are looking for a VP Commercial Finance to lead the commercial and FP&A engine of the Group. Senior Partner and Alliances Manager (UK-based)

The Senior Partner & Alliances Manager will play a pivotal role in driving PCI Pal’s indirect revenue strategy,  accelerating growth through a high-performing and strategically aligned partner ecosystem.
This role is responsible for owning and shaping the partner strategy, identifying and unlocking new routes to market, and ensuring partners are a primary driver of pipeline, revenue, and market expansion.
Working closely with the US-based VP of Partners & Alliances, the position will focus on developing strategic relationships, driving partner engagement, and creating scalable programs that increase pipeline contribution and revenue through indirect channels.

Legal Counsel (UK-based)

PCI Pal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing legal function. . We operate in a fast-scaling, regulated SaaS environment where legal plays a critical role in enabling growth while managing risk. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will partner with the business across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Partnerships to enable revenue growth, driving efficient contract execution, reducing deal friction, and balancing risk with commercial outcomes in a high-growth SaaS environment. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, HR, Finance and other teams to deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
