Platform Tester (UK-Based)

The opportunity

The Platform Tester role is a new position created to reflect the rapid growth of the business.

As a tester you will be a part of the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You will manually test the code written by PCI Pal developers to ensure that it is in line with the requirements, fit for purpose, and bug and issue free before it gets deployed to our customers.

This integral role involves close collaboration within an agile team to plan and execute thorough manual test coverage for new releases of our platform. You will be responsible for producing clear, concise test scripts and detailed bug reports to ensure release quality and traceability before deployments across multiple platforms. While this is primarily a manual testing role, the right candidate will also have the opportunity to gain experience with automated testing in the future.

The successful candidate must be within commuting distance to both London and Ipswich. This is a hybrid role with expectation that when required, the successful candidate can travel to one of our offices at least once per week.
