Conversational AI

Conversational AI refers to artificial intelligence technologies that enable computers to understand, process, and respond to human language in natural, dialogue-based interactions. These systems use natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and voice recognition to power chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice-based interfaces that can handle customer inquiries, provide support, and facilitate transactions.

In payment contexts, conversational AI can guide customers through payment processes, answer questions about bills or account balances, authenticate users through voice biometrics, and seamlessly hand off to secure payment channels when needed. Advanced conversational AI creates more intuitive customer experiences while maintaining security and compliance by intelligently routing sensitive payment actions to appropriate secure systems.
