Automatic Speech Recognition

Automatic speech recognition (ASR) is a technology that converts spoken language into text, enabling telephone payment systems to capture customer information through voice commands rather than keypad entry. Being leveraged in automated and agent-assisted interactions, customers can speak their card details securely within the right solution. This enhances accessibility and provides a natural payment experience whilst keeping cardholder data out of the contact center environment.
