VP Commercial Finance (UK-based)

We are looking for a VP Commercial Finance to lead the commercial and FP&A engine of the Group. Reporting to the CFO, you will be the person who turns financial data into the story of our performance, the case for our investments and the lens through which we evaluate every commercial decision from pricing and partner economics to M&A and capital allocation.
This is a high-visibility role designed for a commercially-minded SaaS finance leader who is hands-on with the numbers, fluent in modern finance technology and AI tooling, and motivated by the chance to be part of a fast-growing listed technology business. You will partner closely with the Finance Director and together you form the senior finance leadership of the Group.

Revenue Operations Manager (UK – based)

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen PCI Pal’s commercial performance and GTM effectiveness.
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll partner with the CRO, Sales, Finance, the Senior Salesforce Administrator and Marketing teams to improve forecasting, planning, systems, and sales execution. You’ll blend strategic insight with operational rigour by designing and implementing processes, and delivering the data and reporting that guide decision-making.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on driving clarity, discipline, and measurable growth across a global sales organisation.

Senior Partner and Alliances Manager (UK-based)

The Senior Partner & Alliances Manager will play a pivotal role in driving PCI Pal’s indirect revenue strategy,  accelerating growth through a high-performing and strategically aligned partner ecosystem.
This role is responsible for owning and shaping the partner strategy, identifying and unlocking new routes to market, and ensuring partners are a primary driver of pipeline, revenue, and market expansion.
Working closely with the US-based VP of Partners & Alliances, the position will focus on developing strategic relationships, driving partner engagement, and creating scalable programs that increase pipeline contribution and revenue through indirect channels.

Legal Counsel (UK-based)

PCI Pal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing legal function. . We operate in a fast-scaling, regulated SaaS environment where legal plays a critical role in enabling growth while managing risk. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will partner with the business across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Partnerships to enable revenue growth, driving efficient contract execution, reducing deal friction, and balancing risk with commercial outcomes in a high-growth SaaS environment. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, HR, Finance and other teams to deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
