Sales Operation Manager (UK-Based)

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to strengthen PCI Pal’s commercial performance and GTM effectiveness.
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll partner with the CRO, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to improve forecasting, planning, systems, and sales execution. You’ll blend strategic insight with operational rigour by designing and implementing processes, managing Salesforce, and delivering the data and reporting that guide decision-making.

Web Integration Specialist (UK-Based)

The Web Integration Specialist assists in the delivery of technical services for PCI Pal customers. The position requires working across several different projects using a range of technical skills, and will also support activities across the organisation including Sales, Service Desk and Business Improvement. The position holder will have widespread knowledge of the web technologies commonly integrated to PCI Pal (ideally used within contact centre environments), and will develop a rounded knowledge of telephony, cloud contact centre services, and enterprise applications.

Sales Development Representative (US-Based)

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our North American team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying inbound sales leads, as well as carrying out outbound prospecting to agreed target strategic accounts. This individual will take responsibility for the movement of leads generated from sales and marketing activities, including their own prospecting, into and through the sales funnel, to sales qualified leads which are assigned to the NA Direct and Channel Sales team.
