By submitting, you acknowledge and agree that:
Confidential Information
All materials, data, documents, content, software, technology, know-how, trade secrets, and other information made available through the PCI Pal Partner Hub, including all PCI Pal intellectual property and related materials (collectively, “Confidential Information”), are the confidential and proprietary information of PCI Pal.
Permitted Use
You may use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of promoting, marketing, and supporting PCI Pal’s products and services in accordance with your authorized reseller or partner relationship with PCI Pal.
Restrictions
You shall not:
- Disclose, distribute, or make Confidential Information available to any third party except as expressly authorized in writing by PCI Pal;
- Use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the permitted use stated above; or
- Copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or modify any Confidential Information except as necessary for the permitted use.
Protection
You must protect all Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care you use to protect your own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.
No License or Ownership
Access to the Partner Hub does not grant you any license or ownership rights in PCI Pal’s Confidential Information or intellectual property, except as expressly permitted under these terms.
Duration
Your confidentiality obligations continue for as long as the Confidential Information remains non-public.
Acknowledgment
You understand that any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information may cause irreparable harm to PCI Pal, and that PCI Pal may seek equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, to protect its rights.
By submitting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these confidentiality obligations as a condition of accessing the PCI Pal Partner Hub.
