In February 2021, PCI Pal hosted the first-annual Payments: The Future of Security & CX conference.
Thought leaders from organizations in the payments and contact center industries came together to share their insights on the accelerated change in the payments landscape. They also addressed getting ahead of the security and customer experience curves.
To share these insights with you, we’ve compiled them into a white paper. Within the pages, you will find:

This white paper looks at where payment security, regulation and customer experience meet after the pandemic reshaped how people buy. It finds that 70% of UK and US consumers surveyed would shop elsewhere after learning of a breach, and that only 27.9% of organisations were achieving full PCI DSS compliance. It also covers the shift PCI DSS 4.0 makes towards continuous security testing rather than an annual snapshot. The argument running through it is that security and a frictionless payment experience are not a trade-off, given cloud infrastructure and protocols such as 3D-Secure 2.3.
