IVR Payments

IVR payments (Interactive Voice Response payments) are automated payment transactions processed through a telephone system that allows customers to make payments by following voice prompts and entering payment information using their phone keypad or speech.

These self-service payment systems can operate 24/7 without agent involvement, securely capturing card details through DTMF entry or speech while maintaining compliance standards. IVR payment systems reduce operational costs, improve payment processing efficiency, and provide customers with convenient payment options outside business hours.
