Customer Support Manager (UK Based)
PCI Pal’s Support Team has seen great change over the last 24 months. Coverage has been increased to better serve our customers in all regions, and new tools, processes and systems have been implemented to make the team more effective. We’re now recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to maintain the momentum, allowing our VP, Service Excellence to focus on the strategic direction of the department.
You’ll be supported by two Shift Leaders, who will look to you for direction and support. You’ll need to be highly organized and flexible in your approach.
