PCI Pal the secure payments provider to contact centers, has been announced as a finalist in the 2019 Credit & Collections Technology Awards, in the ‘Payment Solution’ category.

The Credit & Collections Technology Awards aim to reward technological innovation in the payment, credit and collections sector. It recognizes the successes of companies and individuals who have lead the way in enhancing credit and collections technology.

PCI Pal’s Agent Assist PCI compliance solution is the focus of the nomination, and demonstrates how it is enabling businesses both nationally and internationally to securely handle Cardholder Not Present telephone payments, using DTMF masking technology.  In doing so, organizations are not only managing telephone based payment securely, but also comply with the PCI DSS guidelines.
