The UK Contact Centre Forum Data Security & Compliance Survey
As a well respected authority in the contact centre space, UKCCF have previously researched and published a number of whitepapers and studies based on data gathered from those working at the very heart of the contact centre industry. Their focus for 2017/2018 is contact centre data security and compliance – an understandably hot topic with PCI compliance levels still only just over 50% worldwide (Verizon 2017 payment security report), high profile data breaches on the rise and the GDPR looming in May 2018.
The survey – that we are working alongside them to promote – gives organisations the opportunity to assess how secure and compliant their contact centre operations are. It will also go a long way towards clarifying industry benchmarks and establishing areas of performance that are notably weaker or stronger throughout the UK.
