The much-anticipated Genesys CX17 Indy event saw PCI Pal’s status as a gold sponsorship partner across their global series of high profile CX events unveiled to the thousands in attendance.

PCI Pal’s partnership with Genesys – the international industry leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions – continues to grow alongside the forthcoming integration of our solution into the Genesys AppFoundry. This gives the mark of approval to the secure payment technology and scales it across Genesys’ marketplace for world-class customer experience applications, integrations and services.

This combined news further enhances PCI Pal’s status as a leader within the secure payment technology space. As one of just ten carefully selected gold sponsors at the Indianapolis-based CX17 event, PCI Pal were praised for their agility and ability to react – attributes that have become a cornerstone of the business as it continues to establish itself in global fintech.

PCI Pal will also be partnering with Genesys among the sponsors at the next customer experience event in the global series beginning on 7th June 2017 – CX17 Brussels. Much like the Indianapolis event, this is expected to attract a vast delegate list of experienced and influential figures in the world of CX as well as product experts, visionaries and industry thought leaders.

Excellent engagement at CX17 Indy

With Genesys having launched their new branding in spectacular style at CX17 Indy, engagement levels among delegates were incredibly high, with PCI Pal Global Head of Sales Tony Smith observing that it was “the most engaged with and well-run event of it’s kind that I have attended to date.”

“It was an excellent event with some insightful views on emerging technology. From a business perspective, it was really pleasing to see our name alongside the other global Genesys sponsorship partners – we certainly kept great company.”

Tony, along with Channel Sales Director David Swift, delivered a talk on PCI compliance in contact centers on day three of the event, outlining the most effective way to build a business case to escalate potential compliance problems. Well attended by delegates, the talk was a great success in providing actionable insight for Contact Center Managers, IT Directors and CX Managers.
