The 14th PCI London event will be taking place on 26th January 2017 at the Park Plaza Victoria hotel, and as this year’s registration and seminar sponsor, we’ll be there to share our knowledge and expertise in PCI compliance with the UK’s largest gathering of security professionals.

Here’s a quick overview of last year’s event and a flavor of what attendees can expect…

In addition to networking with industry peers and learning more about practical, real-world compliance solutions and PCI DSS best practice, this year’s PCI London event will launch the inaugural PCI Awards for Excellence.

This year’s theme is ‘PCI DSS: Still at the forefront of cybersecurity’.

End-user attendees include BP, Sony, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, WorldPay, Vodafone, Bank of America, American Express, Ikea, British Airways, John Lewis, DHL, Aviva, Sky, Transport for London, Burberry and many more, spanning a huge range of industries and sectors.

Attending from PCI Pal will be James Barham (Commercial Director), Tony Smith (Head of Enterprise Sales), David Swift (Channel Sales Director) and Dominic Newman (Head of Corporate Sales).

We have 2 speaking slots lined up; one for James, who will be discussing the complex challenges contact centers face with regards to data security (and if they choose to go down the technology route, why they need to choose their solution provider carefully); and another for Tony, who will be speaking on ‘Customer Experience (CX) vs Compliance – the perennial struggle’. Traditionally there’s been a conflict between offering great CX and being fully PCI compliant, but does that necessarily have to be the case? Come along to Tony’s seminar to find out.

The session will also cover:

  • What consumers expect in terms of customer experience
  • Why omnichannel is a must
  • Don’t forget the agent
  • How to use compliance to enhance CX

If you’re interested in attending PCI London 2017, you can register here. James, Tony, David and Dominic will be on hand throughout the day to answer any compliance or payment security questions you might have.

We look forward to seeing you there and catching up with some familiar faces.
