After a short break from the event circuit following the understandable cancellation of the PCI SSC North America Community Meeting in Orlando due to Hurricane Irma, we are pleased to be attending the upcoming Call Centre & Customer Services Summit (CC&CSS).

Bringing together the contact center industry

As avid followers of our Knowledge Center and social media may have gathered, we are regular attendees at the CC&CSS and were well represented at the London Stansted leg of the event back in April. This time the event takes to the north, with the Hilton Manchester Deansgate hosting two days of one-to-one business meetings, knowledge sharing and networking. Matching suppliers and delegates based on their needs and requirements, the Summit is very much geared around initiating potentially fruitful relationships between technology partners and call center professionals.

PCI Pal’s Steve Walgate and Ashlee-Marie Walsh will be representing the company at the event – sitting down with delegates to help them establish their PCI compliance needs and scope the secure payment solutions required within their contact center environment.
