27-28 March 2019 – London Excel, Stand 480
PCI Pal, the specialist provider of secure payment solutions for contact centres, will be discussing the findings of a UK and US survey into customer service preferences and payment security trends at this year’s Call & Contact Centre Expo 2019.
Tony Smith, PCI Pal’s Sales Director for EMEA is confirmed as a speaker at the Expo’s seminar series, where he will be delving into the findings of the survey which quizzed over 4,000 people into data and payment security risks and whether it impacts their spending habits.
Talking about the event, Tony Smith said: “Awareness of data security is something that is on everyone’s radar. Yet, the cost of a data breach in the UK appears much higher than in the US, according to the research we conducted.
“I look forward to sharing the findings from the survey, as well as providing advice on the best way for call and contact centre managers to secure their cardholder-not-present payments. By ensuring your contact centre is PCI compliant goes a very long way in providing the assurances consumers today want, when providing sensitive payment information to any organisation over the phone.”
Throughout the Expo, the PCI Pal team will be providing demonstrations of its cloud-based services and offer guidance regarding the adherence of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
PCI Pal is also sponsoring an executive evening on 27th March with its partner 8×8 UK, where guests will be able to attend a special networking drinks reception.
