At PCI Pal we always aim to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to contact centre compliance trends and are keen to share best practice whenever possible through our Knowledge Centre and at events, such as the recent UKCCF (UK Contact Centre Forum) Yorkshire and East Midlands Conference.

We have been fortunate enough to maintain a long and fruitful relationship with UKCCF and are delighted to be supporting them once again in important research around contact centre data security.

The UK Contact Centre Forum Data Security & Compliance Survey

As a well respected authority in the contact centre space, UKCCF have previously researched and published a number of whitepapers and studies based on data gathered from those working at the very heart of the contact centre industry. Their focus for 2017/2018 is contact centre data security and compliance – an understandably hot topic with PCI compliance levels still only just over 50% worldwide (Verizon 2017 payment security report), high profile data breaches on the rise and the GDPR looming in May 2018.

The survey – that we are working alongside them to promote – gives organisations the opportunity to assess how secure and compliant their contact centre operations are. It will also go a long way towards clarifying industry benchmarks and establishing areas of performance that are notably weaker or stronger throughout the UK.

All entries are treated entirely confidentially, with data anonymised. Ten lucky entrants could also win a £50 Argos voucher so what more incentive could you need?
