It was a fantastic night for PCI Pal at the 2017 CNP Awards in Orlando, Florida as we scooped Customer Choice awards in both the ‘Best Call Centre Solution‘ and ‘Best PCI Compliance Provider‘ categories!
The two awards were the perfect way to cap an excellent few days at the CNP Expo, held at the sunny Rosen Shingle Creek Resort on the USA’s east coast. Chief Commercial Officer James Barham was delighted to receive the two awards on behalf of the company – with each category seeing PCI Pal beat off the competition to win awards voted for solely by the people that most matter, the end customers.
On receipt of the two prestigious awards, James had the following to say:

It is a complete team effort and the fact that our customers were willing to vote for us is a humbling reminder of why we go to work every day. Alongside James at the awards evening were CTO Geoff Forsyth and Head of Corporate Sales Dominic Newman, which featured notable global companies operating in the security, e-commerce, software, mobile, retail and payments space.
