Following on from a double award win earlier this year at the CNP Awards in Orlando, PCI Pal have rounded off 2017 with recognition from three more influential organisations in the secure payment space.
Recognising our Retail Payment Security Expertise
Our work with retail giants AllSaints has been included among the shortlisted entries for the Card & Payments Awards, a prestigious occasion that in 2018 is set to take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 1st February.
Since our Agent Assist secure payment solution was implemented by AllSaints, they have seen a two-thirds reduction in average handling time (AHT) meaning that they have been able to process more phone sales while de-scoping their contact centre from PCI DSS. The judging criteria for the award references improved customer relationships, frictionless processes and the range of payments initiatives introduced as key measurements of success. Results and KPIs are of course key as well, so here’s hoping that our submission will tick all the boxes.
Fintech Credit & Collections Innovation
The Credit & Collections Technology Awards aim to reward innovation in FinTech, so to be shortlisted in two categories is a solid endorsement of our expertise. Co-ordinated by Credit Connect – one of the leading online publications in the secure payments space – the 2017 awards feature a number of leading names in FinTech and secure payments, of which we are delighted to be included.
Our technology has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Payment Solution’ and ‘Best Call Centre Solution’ categories, with the winners in each of the 16 total categories set to be announced online on Thursday 7th December 2017.
Breaking Ground with an Award in Excellence
Regular readers of our Knowledge Centre updates will know that we have attended PCI London events frequently over the past years. In January, we’ll be present at the PCI London Summit as more than delegates however, having been named among those listed for the Award for PCI Excellence 2018.
The award places us in a group of solution providers recognised by AKJ and PCI London as ‘a leading vendor for quality of service’ as a result of detailed research and interviews conducted by AKJ over the past six months. This is a real coup and the PCI Pal team are greatly looking forward to attending the awards at the January edition of the reputable PCI London Series.
It’s been a great year so far for PCI Pal and looks set to be a busy few months ahead!
