We’re pleased to announce that PCI Pal will be sponsoring the UK Contact Centre Forum’s first networking event of the year, taking placing at Ipswich Town Football Club on Portman Road from 9am to 1pm on 15th March 2017.

The event will include presentations covering social media trends, digital technology and intelligent virtual agents (IVAs). Our own James Barham and Tony Smith will also be running a session on the ‘Real world challenges of PCI compliance in multi-channel contact centres’.

Their presentation will focus on the scope of customer interaction that might be affected by PCI compliance, the importance of the contact centre environment with regards to compliance, outsourcing card data protection to technology services providers, and things to think about when delivering a PCI de-scoping project.

If these sound like things you need to know about, you can register your place here.

We’re looking forward to meeting up with other industry experts in a relaxed, informal environment to share our knowledge and discuss some of the hot topics impacting contact centres today. The event concludes with a buffet lunch, which is an excellent opportunity to network with peers and pick the brains of the speakers in attendance.

If you’d like to discuss secure payment solutions for your contact centre, please feel free to grab James or Tony after their seminar. They’ll be more than happy to chat over a sandwich or two.
