Regular readers of the Knowledge Centre will know that PCI London events are very much a mainstay of our annual events calendar and with the 16th in the series coming up, the January edition is no exception.

The Park Plaza London hotel again acts as the venue for this day of talks, seminars and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, the evening will see outstanding achievements of real-world excellence in PCI DSS compliance and payment security recognised at only the second ever ‘PCI Awards for Excellence’ ceremony. The PCI Pal team will be present throughout the day and evening to network with – and offer advice to – fellow industry professionals ahead of what is set to be a turbulent and critical year in the world of data security.

Learning about compliance in the contact centre

Most visible among the PCI Pal contingent at the event will be Sales Director Tony Smith, who is offering his thoughts and advice on contact centre compliance within one of various education seminars available to delegates on the day. Within the session, Tony will talk through the positive impact that compliance with PCI DSS can have on customer experience, while balancing the challenges of achieving and maintaining compliance in the first place. Also on the agenda will be the steps needed to de-scope the contact centre, as well as a review of the challenges that utilising homeworkers can present. You can take a look at the full agenda here.
