With every call being recorded for training and monitoring purposes, the iFLY management team was aware that it needed to change the way payment card transactions were being manually handled over the phone to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). In 2017, they took the decision to identify a partner to manage their contact center payment card security. They entrusted PCI Pal with the partnership.
