  • PCI Pal and Amazon Connect (AWS)
    PCI Pal became the first truly global secure payments provider available in AWS Marketplace, a digital catalog that makes it easy for organisations to discover, procure, entitle, provision, and govern third-party software that runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This new integration with Amazon Connect offers our global customers additional options for payment security and compliance with PCI Pal omnichannel secure payment solutions.
  • Worldpay Partner Integration
    We expanded our integration with Worldpay from FIS. With businesses increasingly relying on an omnichannel customer experience, Worldpay from FIS allows businesses to take smarter payments by making payment acceptance streamlined and offering flexibility for merchants to accept both traditional and alternative payment types anywhere, any time, on any device and across channels.
  • Puzzel Extends Partnership with PCI Pal’s Omnichannel Payment Portfolio
    Following the success of joining PCI Pal’s partnership program in 2018 with our Agent Assist solutions, Puzzel has now added PCI Pal’s full complement of products to its portfolio. The team is now able to help customers handle payments across multiple engagement channels, including telephone, email, SMS, social media, webchat, or via automated IVR solutions, supporting customers’ omnichannel strategies.
  • Genesys Announces PCI Pal as a Premium App
    As a long-standing AppFoundry Partner with Genesys, we were pleased to announce our new premium classification in May of 2021. With this AppFoundry premium membership, PCI Pal is now available as an Interaction Widget within Genesys Cloud, supporting Genesys in delivering payment security solutions to its customers worldwide.

    In February 2021, PCI Pal hosted its first inaugural virtual conference, Payments: The Future of Security & CX. Over 300 registrants had the opportunity to hear from industry experts about new developments across payments, customer experiences, data security, and compliance to meet changing needs in the new normal of 2021 and beyond.
