Customer Experience Showcase – Sydney, Australia

The Customer Service Institute of Australia in collaboration with Customer Science Group is launching its first Customer Experience Showcase event.

Established thanks to the strong demand from CSIA‘s members and community to gain insights and learn from the best service organizations in Australia.

The innovation that companies deliver as part of the Australian Service Excellence Awards is incredibly impactful and traditionally lost. The aim of this event is to share these insights and ultimately lift customer experience performance across Australia.
