Except as required by applicable law, PCI Pal provides consumers with an opportunity to opt out of sharing their personal data with third parties or further processing of their personal information for different purposes than those initially agreed. PCI Pal requires all third-party data recipients to contractually agree to provide the same level of protection for personal data as is required of PCI Pal by the Privacy Shield Principles. PCI Pal may be required by law to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
The EU and UK DPAs serve as an appropriate independent recourse mechanism/s (IRMs) for dispute resolution. PCI Pal is registered with the United States Council for International Business (USCIB) to provide access to the EU and UK DPAs’ dispute resolution panel, a potentially binding arbitration.
Company is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) with respect to your privacy rights.
Data we process for internal recording keeping, security, or for analytics and the improvement of our services, we are processing under our legitimate interests.
Data we process to send you information or surveys, we are processing only with your explicit consent for these activities. You may withdraw your consent for these activities at any time (see ‘Controlling your personal information’ below).
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Controlling your personal information

If we do not action your request, delay action on your request for more than two months after the initial one-month deadline, or elsewise fail in our responsibilities as a Data Controller, you are able to lodge a complaint with the ICO (or your own national supervisory authority on data protection) or seek judicial remedy. If we are unable to identify your record (or entertain reasonable doubts about your identity), we may request provision of some additional information necessary to confirm your identity prior to actioning your request.
