PCI Pal, the secure payment solutions provider for contact centres, has announced that it has been accepted into the G-Cloud 10 agreement, which is part of the UK Government’s digital marketplace. PCI Pal’s Agent Assist payment card security solution and its Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Payments solution are both listed within the G-Cloud 10 ‘Cloud Software’ category.
The Agent Assist solution provides public sector organisations with a secure way of handling payments by phone without bringing environments in scope of PCI DSS, while PCI Pal’s IVR Payments solution enables payments to be made 24/7 via a fully automated payment process.
Operated by the Crown Commercial Service, G-Cloud enables public sector bodies to easily and cost-effectively procure services in a number of different cloud technology categories. The agreement can be used by organisations across the UK’s public sector including central government, local government, health, education, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.
