You are cordially invited to join the PCI Pal team at two industry events we’ll be attending later this month.

Call Centre & Customer Services Summit 2017

The first is the Call Centre & Customer Services Summit, which will be taking place on the 24th & 25th April at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted.

The summit, which will also take place at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate on 18th & 19th September, is a great opportunity for buyers and suppliers to come together for one-to-one business meetings, interactive seminars and a bit of networking. It’s also the perfect chance to check out the latest and greatest products and services to enter the customer contact space.

Our sales director, Tony Smith, will be in attendance, accompanied by the head of corporate sales, Dominic Newman, and sales consultant, Ashlee-Marie Walsh. If you’d like to meet with the team to discuss your specific PCI compliance requirements, or would simply like an informal chat about PCI Pal’s suite of secure payment solutions and how they can descope your contact centre from the requirements of the PCI DSS, please get in touch to arrange a convenient time.

UK Contact Centre Forum Round Table Event

Following hot on the heels of the Call Centre Summit (literally the very next day!), the UK Contact Centre Forum will be hosting a roundtable event on Wednesday 26th April at our offices in central London – 1 Cornhill, EC3V 3ND.

As the lead sponsor of this event, we’re really looking forward to brainstorming with senior-level professionals about the issues currently facing the contact centre industry, including the introduction of GDPR, PCI compliance technology and dealing with PCI controls.

This will also be the first session of the UK CCF’s new special interest group on data security and compliance.

The agenda for the day is as follows:

09:00 – 09:30: Coffee and registration
09:30 – 10.45: Introductions and roundtable discussion
10.45 – 11.00: Coffee and networking break
11.15 – 12.15: Special focus session: PCI compliance
12:15 – 13.00: Networking lunch (buffet)

To register your interest in attending, please contact Michael Gray on [email protected] or call him on 020 8224 2315.

We hope to see you at these events and look forward to catching up with some familiar faces.
